im learning

first off I must communicate to the class and say sorry for leaving class early today. ok now that’s out of the way. well I must say that im now starting to see the pic. just a slim part of it but its all unfolding every time we talk in class. when im having conversations with people im now thinking in the back of my head " I know what this person is trying to say in a round about way" I think its funny to see it. I’ve never looked a communication like this before and at times this can cause you to really want to argue your points with other people. Bro. Adams your making me bad....LOL j/k. anyways I have always wondered about a lot of things that im now learning about. like the emotional bank account. That’s so true. if someone cross's you in the wrong way in the beg. you automatically don’t like them..k that’s all I got for this blog.

need kindness

today we talked a lot about the work field and how to handle different types problems. i think that the key to making everything go smoothly in a bussiness is to be kind in every aspect. i do agree with being blunt and right to the point but not in a "jerk" type of way. otherwise the employee is not going to want to work for you. he/she might stick around for the money but they will not be near as productive in the business cause they will have the i dont care attitude. then in turn will just cause more problems. you need to be firm in what you say but do it in a kind type of way. we just learned about google and how they handle there employee's and look at their business. i know a farmer who is just a mean guy to all his workers and they dont work for him for very long and he wonders why. i dont know anybody who would want to get yelled at everyday for doing some small thing wrong. its best to be kind!!

learning communication

in class today it was great. i learned a lot more about how people in gerneral comminicate. i thought i was great to learn about the emotional bank account cause it is so true. ive learned over the years that the very first impression is most important and thats what people think. if someone were to come up to me outta the blue and i had no idea who they were and said, "i hate you" it would right then take out a big "chunk of emotional savings" and they would be in debt at that point. ive had a lot of experiences like that. one of my best friends that i have now was like that. not that crazy but we didnt like one another at first but now were great friends.

class discussion

today was actually pritty interresting learning about how we comunicate in different ways. Some of us use love and others cominicate off of fear. I totally can see how that works and it makes a lot of since. Im really starting to understand what people are thinking not only because they express it but even when they use body language. Its way cool.

i have not a clue what to do with this blog thing as of right now so im just typing here to see what happens.
